Show Curtis Eugene Young Dies Curtis Eugene Young died at 1 a. m- Friday at the L- D. S. hospital in Salt Lake City, following an operation- He had been in poor health for the past three months. He was the son of the late Fred Young and Christena Williamson Young, and was born in Pleasant Grove, October 18, 1892. He attended itihe Pleasant Groce schools. On June 20, 1912, he mlarried Stella Dickenson. For sixteen years he was employed as plumber by 'the Union Pacific railroad- For the past few .years he followed that ' trade in his home town. Surviving are his widow and the following children: Melba Ida, Curtis Eugene, Jr., Stella Ruth, Ray Mei-vtn, Mei-vtn, Wanda Dawn; also his mother and the following brothers and sisters: sis-ters: Fred and Vern Young and Mrs. Viola Young Haddock-Funeral Haddock-Funeral services were held Sunday Sun-day afternoon at 2 o'clock p- ra in itha Timpanogos stake tabernacle, with Bishop F- D. Atwood in charge. Song, "Prayer Perfect," by trio comptosed of Leone Told, Elda Neves and Reva Fugal. Prayer was offered by Fred C. Shoell A trio sang, "Abide With Me". The speakers were Jens P. Fugal, Mr. Wade, member of C. R. ' W. P. Union, Clarence Hilton and Bishop F. D. Atwood. Other musical numbers num-bers rendered were a solo, "My Faith In Thee", by Avis Fugal West, and a. solo, "Spirit of God by Roy Fage. Closing 'remarks were made by W. W. Lim. The benediction was given by Milton Adamson. Interment was made in the Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove City cemetery where the grave was dedicated by Niels Fugal. |
