Harrow, charged charg-ed with jury bribing. The witnesses included John D. Fredericks, district attorney: his secretary. sec-retary. Mis.-, Jessie 11. Hartwell; ft H Edwards, assistant city jailer; Le-compte Le-compte Davis and Joseph Scott, Mc-Namara Mc-Namara defense attorneys, Bert If. Franklin, the McNamara detectivj who confessed having bribed juror?, and his daughter, Mrs. Hazel Has lett. Arguments were scheduled to begin this afternoon. The case was expected expect-ed to go to the jury Thursday. |
