Seven men were budly burned, two perhaps fatally, fa-tally, by the explosion of a boiler tube in tho forward fire room of the torpedo tor-pedo hoat destroyer Hopkins at 7:o0 o'clock this morning All of tbe injured in-jured new are at a hospital In this city.
