The speakers speak-ers were Pres. Merz, James W. Anderson An-derson and Daniel Rasmussen. Jack Wells and Harry Bowers of Nephi were guests of Ellen dinger and Nina Gee. Margretta Bywater is at Nephi visiting witn ner sister iviary. Mrs. Louise Nickersen and children, chil-dren, Ethel and Earl, of San Bernardino, Bernar-dino, California, are visiting with her mother, Mrs. Mary E. Simonsen. Aeroplanes were distinctly heard between 4 and 5 a. m. August 8 by Mr. and Mrs. Vasco H. Taylor. Children and grandchildren of V. H. Taylor held a party in honor of Mr. Taylor's birthday. Joseph H. Draper is slowly regaining regain-ing his eyesight after a severe affliction. afflic-tion. The 'family of Mr. Draper held a reunion this week. Twenty-two Twenty-two were present. Joseph. Gee was kicked on the leg by a horse. Dr. Linebaugh pronounced pro-nounced the leg badly bruised but no bones broken. Bishop Lee Taylor, J. H. Draper, Sanv-uel Gee, Ray Livingstone, Harold Har-old Despain motored to Mount Pleasant Pleas-ant Sunday, August 12, to attend Priesthood meeting. H. C. Wall and family motored over to the orchard ot V. H. Taylor this week. While there Mr. Wall killed a rattlesnake having ten rattles. rat-tles. I Mrs. Nell Draper and Mrs. Elnora Taylor are visitors at Moroni where they are attending to Red Cross work. |
