Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS '. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, October 10, 1928. Notice is hereby given that C. E. Bradfield, whose post office address is Minersville, Utah, has made application appli-cation in accordance with the requirement require-ment of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate appropri-ate .03 c. f. s. of water from Old Dry Willow Springs in Iron County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears S. 700 ft. and E. , 160 ft. from the NW cor. of Sec. 9, , t ji s P. in W. S. L. B. & M.. and convey by means of a pipe a distance dis-tance of 200 ft., where it will be used during the entire year for watering of 4000 head of sheep and other domestic animals. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 10366. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by - affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within with-in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion "of this notice.
