DEWEY TOPHAM Dewey Topham Marries Idaho Miss In Ceremony Solemnized in Logan Temple dy Murie, Miss Kay Miles, and Miss Lisa Tsujumoto. They wore long pink A-line dresses and carried orchid leis. Standing as best man for the bridegroom was Stan Koyle and ushers were Randy Ran-dy Murie, Jcrald Davenport, and Raymon Matheson.. For both events the mother of the bride wore a beige crepe two-piece suit; the mother mo-ther of the bridegroom wore a pink crepe dress and each wore a corsage of orchids and carnations. Following their marriage the newlyweds spent two days in Salt Lake City and then two days this week end in Las Vegas. In a wedding ceremoney which was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on Dec. 20, Miss Valorie Miles of Banida, Jdaho, become the bride of F. Dewey Topham of Parowan. Paro-wan. President Stillman of the temple officiated in the double ring ceremony with immediate members of both families in attendance. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Miles of the Idaho community; The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Topham of Parowan. The young couple were honored hon-ored at a reception following their marriage, hosted by the parents of the bride at Banida Bani-da and were further honored at a reception in Parowan on Dec. 27 in the Third Ward Cultural hall, hosted by parents par-ents of the bridegroom. For both events the bride wore a floor-length gown of white lace over satin, with wrist-length sleeves. Her elbow-length veil of bridal illusion illu-sion fell from a satin headpiece head-piece and she carried a bouquet bou-quet of pink roses, white carnations car-nations with an orchid center. cen-ter. Attending the bride, were Mrs,-Lynn Youngstrom, -Mi'g-Dena Rae Sparrow, Mrs. RarP' The new Mrs. Topham is a graduate of Preston (Idaho), High School and Ricks College at Rexburg, Idaho where she was a member of Zeta Pi and Kappa Xi. She has been employed em-ployed as a secretary at USU in Logan. Mr. Topham is a graduate of Parowan High, has attended Utah State University Uni-versity and is now a student at College of Southern Utah. |
