New Fishing Rules List Open Waters : Oak Creek located east of Oak City, and Garrison Reservoir. PIUTE COUNTY: Piute Reservoir Reser-voir and Sevier River proper, entire west fork and east fork of Sevier River below and including in-cluding Otter Creek Reservoir. WASHINGTON COUNTY: All waters except Kolob Reservoir, Upper and Lower Enterprise Reservoirs, Baker Reservoir, Pine Valley Reservoir, Santa Clara River, Mill Creek, Leeds Creek, Pinto Creek, and the North Fork of the Virgin River Riv-er including its tributaries above the Narrows in Zion National Na-tional Park. New fishing rules are in effect ef-fect beginning January 1, and these new regulations include some changes in the waters open to fishing on a year around basis. A new fishing proclamation is available for anyone who would like one from Fish and Game officers or from Fish and Game Offices and it is advisable to check this new list of year around waters before be-fore going fishing to make sure changes have not been made for the favorite fishing spot. The following is a list of waters now open to fishing on a 24 hour a day, year around basis in Southern Utah according accord-ing to the fishing rules effective effec-tive January 1, 1969: BEAVER COUNTY: Ail waters west of Highway 91 except Minersville Reservoir. GARFIELD COUNTY: Colorado River, Fremont River, Sevier River (entire west fork including includ-ing Asay Creek), and Lake Powell. KANE COUNTY: Lake Powell.
