Wood sent hi s six men against Coach Elliott Jordan's Rams and his class A boys gave the local team a licking for the first half. The Rams, trying a control game and L-oKuig for the good shot, didn't did-n't get many and then couldn't could-n't make them. They were down 15 to 2 at the end of the first quarter and behind 32 to 9 at halltime. They got 19 points in the third period to 21 for Kearns and hit 16 to 23 in the final period for a very respectable res-pectable showing. In spite of the bad first half Robbie Topham came up with 16 points, Eugene Adams got ten, Kevin Robinson nine and Jerry Robinson had seven.
