Show Norman A. Stapley Dies at Salt Lake City Norman Adams Stapley, 39, former Cedar City resident died in a Salt Lake hospital on Wednesday, Wed-nesday, July 23 of coronary occlusion. oc-clusion. Funeral services were conducted conduct-ed Saturday in the Farmlngton Second ward chapel, and burial was in the farmington cemetery. Mr. Stapley was born in Cedar City on March 23, 1913, a son of Thomas and Sarah Adams Stapley, Stap-ley, and had resided at Farmington Farm-ington for several years, where he has been a member of the Farmington Second ward. On April 26, 1941, he married Lela Thayne in Salt Lake City. Surviving are his widow; two sons and two daughters, Norman Paul and Ronald A. Stapley, Phyllis and Larue Ann Stapley, all of Farmington; three sisters, Mrs. Aivln H. (Ruth) Watkins and Mrs. Donald (Leona) Behu-nin, Behu-nin, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Oscar (Mamie) Orton, Parowan. Attending the funeral services were Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Orton and Ralph Orton of Parowan, and Mrs. Arthur Stapley of Cedar Ce-dar City. |
