Show NOTICE TO WATER I SERS. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, Dec. 19, MM 7. Notice is hereby given that Christian Chris-tian Protector, whose post-office address ad-dress is Modcna, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1007, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1!)0!, 1911, and 1916, to appropriate one ( 1 ) second foot of water from an unnamed .stream in Iron Co. Said water will be diverted at two points, as follows: From the SE corner of Sec. If, Tp. :: I S R. I!) W., S. L. base and meridian, one point lies 1880 ft. W. and 460 ft. N., and the other I'll) ft. W. nnd 146 ft. N. The water will be conveyed by means of a ditch a distance of 20 ft. ond there used from Mny 1 to September 30, inclusive, of ench year, to irritate 70 ai re. of land embraced in the NW-'iNW1,, NW-'iNW1,, Sec. 25; SEUSEVi of Sec. 2.1, and NK'iXK', of Sec. 86, Tp. and Range aforesaid. This application is de Ignated In the State Engineer's office as No. 7197. All protests against the granting Of said application, Stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (.'(0) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
