Show JUBILEE PILGRIMAGE TO ROME. The firsrt section of the special jubilee pilgrimage to Rome and Lourdes, or- ganized under the direction of the Very Rev. E. H. Porcile, assistant general the Fathers of Mercy, and rector of the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, Brooklyn, N. Y.. is filled. This pilgrimage, pil-grimage, as announced last January, was organized with the sanction and approval of the Right Rev. Bishop McDonnell of Brooklyn, and under the patronage of the Most. Rev. Sebastian Martinelli, Apostolic Delegate to the United States, and both these prelates have forwarded their indorsement to Rome, which assures the pilgrims an audience with the Holy Father during dur-ing their ten days' sojourn ' in Rome, as required by the Papal decree proclaiming pro-claiming the Jubilee. year, contingent, of course, on the health of his Holiness. To provide for this emergency, and for thos3 who are daily applying to join this pilgrimage, the Very Rev. Director has arranged to send another section by the Archimede of the Royal Italian Mail Steamship company, sailing sail-ing from New York, July 4. This steamer, although slower than the Kaiser Wilhelm II, will 'land her passengers pas-sengers in Naples in time to meet the first section, so the pilgrims' are separated sep-arated -for the ocean voyage only. From Naples they go to Rome for ten daj s. thence to Florence. Venice. Inns-j Inns-j bruck. Munich. Oberammergau for the Passion Play; Zurich, Ltuerne, Inter-laken, Inter-laken, Berne, Geneva, Colic. Lourd?s and Paris. i The home, journey will start from Cherbourg on Aug. "8, arriving in New-York New-York Sept. 1. This itinerary is identical with that of the first section, with the exception of the ocean voyage to Naples. Mass will be said daily on board the Archimede. Archi-mede. All the first-class cabins of the Archimede have been secured. The berths will be reserved for new applicants appli-cants until May 1. This arrangement gives the second section a ship to themselves. The cost will be $423, which includes all traveling expenses, hotel accommodations, railway fares, admission admis-sion fees, carriages, etc., from New i York to New York. As so many pilgrims express a desire de-sire to visit Ireland, still a third section sec-tion has been arranged to go out by the Umbria of the Cunard line, leaving New York June 23. They will land at Queenstown, spend one week in Ireland, visiting Blarney Castle, the beautiful Killarney lakes, Kerry, Glen-garriff, Glen-garriff, Limrick, Dublin, etc. They will go to Antwerp, Brussels, Cologne, the Rhine, Strassburg, Lucerne, Milan and Genoa, arriving in Rome July 20, at the same time as the first and second sections. After the ten days in Rome the three factions will travel to the Passion Play, Lourdes and Paris, following fol-lowing the original itinerary. They will return together on the Trave of the North German Lloyd line, from Cherbourg, on Aug. 28-. The demand for ocean accommodations is so heavy this year that the Very Rev. Director desires to impress on those who contemplate con-template making this pilgrimage the fact that his arrangement with the steamship company holds good until May 1 only. He desires to make it known that no other section can be organized later, as the return passage j could not be obtained from any company com-pany before the month of October.
