Show Tropic Topics Ella Adair S89-8648 LaDora Baugh made a trip to Richfield to take her children to the orthodontist. or-thodontist. The Arnold Adairs enjoyed a visit from daughter Bonnie, her husband and small daughter from Midvale. Mr. and Mrs. Malen Littlefield were in Salt Lake City on business. They also took their grandson to catch the plane to return home. Verdella and Minnie Nielsen enjoyed a visit from their sister Ellen, her husband and daughter from Ogden and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald McGee. The Owen Shakespears have their grandson Alan Davis visiting with them. The Sherman Baughs had their family home for the weekend. Sons, Ronald and Ben, Nevada; daughter, Marlene from Ferron; sons, Mateland and Herbert and daughter Lillis from Tropic. They enjoyed a mutton barbeque dinner. The Dexter Franc iscos had daughter Pat and husband home for the weekend. Tropic members of the Willis family attended the reunion in Henrieville. The Howard Nielsen family attended a family reunion in Provo. Kelley Baugh, Lloyd LeFevre and Kim Ott were home over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. John LeFevre and family and Mr. and Mrs. Lyle J. LeFevre were in Tropic. The Primary children presented a special program in sacrament meeting. Oretta Brinkerhoff and daughters spent the weekend in Tropic with her mother Ora Brinkerhoff. Mr. and Mrs. Dar Smith and children and Mr. and Mr.s Henry Jolley and sons visited the Early Jolleys. .. , Dortna 1( .Barton. was , home for a few days. The Charley Wintchs had son Mike and family from California, David and Garth Woodbury and friend, from Mesa, Arizona and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Goulding and family from Cedar City home for the weekend. Visiting with the Alton Shakespears were daughters LaVerle and Cheryl. The group went to Cedar City for, the blessing of the Shakespears great-grandson. great-grandson. Pam Spencer and sons spent the weekend with the Kent Wintchs. A special program "New Beginnings" was, presented Tuesday evening for the MIA girls and their mothers. Mr. and Mrs. John Redford, from Hunter, . were visitors at the home of their daughter Mrs. Lowell Mecham. Jane Goulding and son Michael were visitors at the Herbert Baugh home. Alta Rae Hansen and. daughter and her friend Penny from Salt Lake City visited with Keela Mangum. Paul Mangum and Marv Shakespear were in Zion Canyon for the weekend. The Ricky Bybees have an Indian girl staying with them for the winter. Richard Barton was home for a short visit. Juanita Pollock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Larvin Pollock, has received an LDS mission -call to the Geneva Switzerland mission. There were several out of town visitors in Tropic for the Labor Day weekend. Among them were Mr. and Mrs. fred Hall and daughter Canilla, Dee Brower, Avne Paytne, Vickie ' Jensen, Robert Ott family, Dean Smith, Carol Vance, Rex Quilter and several others. Crystal Mangum, Tiera Neilsen and Anita Francisco were graduated from Primary. The Sunday School presidency, Ricky Bybee, Kirk Chynoweth and Vance Pollock were released. Taking their place will be Franz Shakespear, president; Duane Stewart 1st assistant and John Reese, second assistant. "i The E.R. Shakespears had all of their children home during the week.
