Show Pair Arrested On Multiple Law Violations What began as a routine stop for speeding ended in the arrest of the speeding vehicle's two occupants for several violations of the law. ' Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Craig Twitchell stopped David A. Williams, 24, for speeding in his vehicle on U.S. 89 south of Panguitch Saturday evening. The currently unemployed resident of Tooele was cited by Patrolman Twitchell for driving under the influence, in-fluence, providing alcohol to a minor, and driving with a revoked license. He was also cited for possession of a controlled substance and four types of drugs were confiscated. His companion, Ron J. painter, 20, was cited for illegal consumption and possession of a controlled substance. Both are incarcerated in Sevier County Jail. |
