Show Waterhole No. 1 Team Claims Panguitch Softball Crown The second half of the season saw the Meathouse team moving up to hold first position, SUE market going to second, Waterhole No. 1 in third, with S&C Merc and Excell's in fourth and fifth respectively. On hand for almost the entire season's game but unable to attend the final best two out of three playoff games was additional team member, Doug B. Burningham. Competition was keen in this year's weekly series of games of Panguitch's Men's Softball Soft-ball tournament. Taking home the winning trophy, for two consecutive year's now, were the darlings of baseball, the Waterhole No. 1 team. During the first half of the baseball season the Waterhole No. 1 team had assured themselves a position in this week's final playoffs by taking first place for that time period. SUE Market followed with a close second, with the Meathouse team coming in third, S&C Merc in fourth position and Ex-cell's Ex-cell's team pulling up fifth. |
