LAND EXCHANGE NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Forest Service is considering an exchange of land with Security Title of Southern Utah under the authority of the Act of March 20, 1922, (as amended by the Act of October 21, 1976). The lands under the jurisdiction of the Forest Service that are being considered for exchange are described as SNSEV4NEV4SEy4, sSEy4NEy4SEy4, NVfeNEVSEVdSEVi, NSNEV4SEy4SEy4 sec. 33; S4N'4- swy4Nwy4Swy4, sv4Swy4Nwy4swy4 sec. 34; approximately 1 acre of the above described lands contains wetlands, T25S, R2E, Salt Lake Meridian, . comprising 22.50 acres, more or less, in the Fishlake National Forest, Richfield, Utah. Security Title of Southern Utah lands are described as SEy4NWy4SEy4 Sec 34 T25S, R2E, Salt Lake Meridian, comprising 10 acres, more or less, in the Fishlake National Forest, Richfield, Utah; NEy4SEy4Nwy4, N'NViSEyiSEyilW, N'6SV4NViSEy4SEy4NWy4 Sec 28, T36S, R4W, Salt Lake Meridian, comprising com-prising 13.75 acres, more or less, in the Dixie National Forest, Cedar City, Utah. Any or all of the above described lands may be exchanged provided the values are equal. In the event the values are not equal, either party may equalize the values by the payment of cash. The amount of cash to be paid may not exceed twenty-five twenty-five percent of the value of the National Forest |
