Show Area Obituaries Howard D. Simkins CIRCLEVILLE, Utah -Howard Dalley Simkins 82 of Circleville, Utah, passed away June 21, 2004 in Panguitch, Utah. He was born Nov. 24, 1921 in Circleville to Rosten and Mary Dalley Simkins. He married Mary Houston on Oct. 9, 1948 in Fredonia, Ariz. Howard was a veteran of WWII. He was a farmer and rancher; he worked with the U.S. Forest Service; and hewas a back-country horseman and a member of the V.F.W Piute Post. He is survived by his wife Mary of Circleville; children, Tom (Roxanna) Simkins of Panguitch, H. Bruce (Jeanette) Simkins and Elizabeth (Marty) Daniels, both of Sandy; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother and sisters, Doug (Jennie) Simkins of Richfield, Alene Peterson and Ella Park, both of Salt Lake City; Alta Wiltshire of St. George; and Mary Dalton and Martha (Clark) Veater, both of Circleville. He is preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter, Joyce Simkins; brothers Weldon, Alan and Welba Simkins, sister, Nell x ' r "" . I Howard Simkins Kenyon and infant sister, Charlotte Simkins. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2004 at 12 noon in the Circleville 1st LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the ward chapel in Circleville on Saturday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Circleville Cemetery with Military Rites by the V.F.W. Piute Post.
