Show James Walter "Jim" Oldham PANGUITCH James Walter "Jim" Oldham, 75, of Panguitch, died on Apr. 2, 1998 in Panguitch. He was born, Feb. 14, 1923 in Spring Glen, -Utah to James Pearson Pear-son and Bessie Mollard Oldham. He married Verda Houston, Dec. 24, 1945 in Price. He worked many years as a house painter and belonged to the Painters Union, Locals 300 and 77. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his wife, Verda, of Panguitch; children: Iris (Gary) Weise, Renton, Wash.; James D. (Pamela) Oldham, Auburn, Wash.; Richard (Janet) Oldham, Panguitch;' eight grandchildren; grand-children; two great grandchildren; brother and sisters: George (Mary) Chino, Ogden; Olive Magann, Bountiful; Evelyn (Jim) Terrell, Murray; Lois (Ralph) Ricks, West Valley City. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Alfred Chino, Jack Oldham, Doug Oldham; sisters, sis-ters, May Herbst, Ester Wardal and Gladys Sanford. Jim Oldham Funeral services were held Monday, Mon-day, Apr. 6 in Panguitch. Burial was in the Panguitch Cemetery with military rites by the Panguitch American Legion Post 25. Flora Smith Leibenguth ESCALANTE Funeral services ser-vices will be held Friday, Apr. 10 for Flora Nellie Smith Leibenguth, Leiben-guth, 80, who died Apr. 7, 1998 at her home in Escalante. Services will commence at 1 p.m. at the Escalante 1st Ward Chapel. Firends may call at the chapel from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Escalante Esca-lante Cemetery.
