Show FHA Kicks Off Season With Membership Drive with emphasis of the FHA program centered mainly on vocational interests this year. FHA teaches leadership leader-ship skills and stresses educational learning experiences throughout the year. Activities planned for the school year include bake sales, car washes, a carnival, spook alley and numerous skills contests. A specific aim of the FHA program is to "help build the world's youth stronger for the future." Students are urged to watch for advertising posters about the membership drive for FHA and to be thinking of suggestions to give leaders to help them plan an exciting program for the 1980-81 school year. Refreshments will be served at the Tuesday meeting. With the opening weeks of school come the usual reorganization and reactivation of clubs disbanded over the summer months. The Panguitch Chapter of the Future Homemakers of America will kick off their 1980-81 season with a Membership Mem-bership Drive and organizational meeting set for September .9 at 3:30 p.m. at the Panguitch High Home Ec room. Membership is encouraged en-couraged for both male and female students |
