THE COUNCIL discussed the Elwood Clark Clarks Fruit Farm at 50 North Highway 89 (frontage road). Mr. Hughes reported he had con- tacted Archie Hurst, Utah State Department of Agriculture and an on the site inspection had been made. Mr. Clark stated he would comply with the requests of the city ordinance. The state inspector will fol low up w ith another inspection and report to Mr. Hughes. COUNCILMAN Wayne R. Ballantyne moved that all three business licenses be approved and have Administrator Hughes use his judgement as to applicants compliance to regulations. The council voted unanimously, np Kaysville Elementary Prepares For Students - KAYSVILLE While pa- rents and children are shopping for new school clothes and enjoying the last few days of summer vacation, teachers and staff are making final preparation for the beginning of the new school year. PRINCIPAL Wayne Stan-ge- r of Kaysville Elem. announces new beginning and ending times, and hopes parents and students will note the changes from last years schedule. School will begin at 8:45 a m. and be dismissed at3p.m. AM kindergarten will attend from 8 45 a m. until 1:30 a.m. Af'ernoon kindergarten begins at 12:15 p.m. and ends at 3 pm On the first day of school, kindergartners will attend with one of their parents, and stay only one hour. They will stay for the full session beginning Aug. 31.
