Show I PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THti 1 CONSTITITIOX. HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION RES-OLUTION M'MUKR SIX. ) A Joint Kesolution providing an amend ment to Section 17. Article 7, of the I Constitution of the State of Ulali. relating to the duties of the Auditor and of the Treasurer. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Slate of Utah: Two-lhirus of all the members elected elect-ed to each of tiie two Houses concurring concur-ring therein: Section 1. That it is proposed to . amend Section 17. Article 7. of tne Constitution Con-stitution of the Stale of Utah, so that the same will read as follows: 17. The Auditor shall be Auditor of public accounts. The public moneys shall be deposited by the Treasurer, under the supervision of the Board of Examiners, and as provided by law. Sec. 2. The Secretary of Stale is hereby directed to submit this proposed propos-ed amendment to the electors of the State at the next general election in the manner provided by law. Sec. 3.
