Show Til 1 H 11 11 11 . . . yyy. OBITUARY Douglas R. Thomas, ago 56, died November 27, 1979 in Arcadia, California. Born March 19, 1923 in Greenville, a son of Richard Rich-ard R. Thomas and Sarah Ester Barton. Married La Nae Davis on March 7, 1956 in Minersville, Utah - later solemnized in the Los Angeles An-geles Temple. A member of the LDS Church and High Priest Group leader at the time of his death. He was a veteran of World War II, and the Korean War. Survivors: Wife, LaNae; Two daughters and one son, Paula of Rexburg, IdahojDa-vid IdahojDa-vid and Janet, of Arcadia, and a step mother, Euzell Thomas, Milford. The following fol-lowing brothers and sisters; Eldon, Orem; Dan, Spanish Fork; Josephine Killam, of Milford; Margaret Riley, of Beaver; Audrey Harris, of West Hollywood; Shirley Ashworth, Idaho Falls; Alice Al-ice Swindlehurst, California; Nell Smith, Beaver. Jack and Neil Rehnstrom and Virginia Vir-ginia Gillins, of Milford. Graveside services were held December 3, 1979 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mountain View Cemetery . in Beaver, Utah. Prior Funeral Services Serv-ices were held in the Monrovia Mon-rovia Ward, California, and all his brothers and sisters were present. Military Graveside Services Serv-ices were under the direction direct-ion of American Legion Post 32. Pallbearers were Cecil Ce-cil Killam, John Riley, Eldon El-don Thomas, Dan Thomas, Jason Ashworth, Gordon Green, Dick and Harlan Thomas, . 1 |
