BEAVER COUNTY Whereas petitions have been filed to amend the zoning zo-ning ordinance and map of Beaver County as hereinafter hereinaf-ter set forth, and the said petitions having been submitted sub-mitted to the County Planning Commission of Beaver County for its recommendation, recommend-ation, and the said County planning Commission has considered the said petitions and has made its recommendation recom-mendation to the Board of Vunty Commissioners of County with reference thereto. there-to. And whereas the said Board of County Commissioners, Commis-sioners, on the 15th day of November, 1979, havingheld a public hearing on the question ques-tion of whether or not the amendment requested by said petitions should be made; And whereas the amendments amend-ments of the said Zoning Ordinance and Map, as hereinafter here-inafter set forth, is in the interest of establishing and maintaining sound, stable and desirable development within the County, is in the interest of the public and will promote the objectives and purposes of the Zoning Ordinance Or-dinance of Beaver County. Now, therefore, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Beaver, ordains or-dains as follows: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map of Beaver County, Utah, is hereby amended to rezone from A -5 Agricultural to RA-1 Residential-Agricultural the following fol-lowing described land situated situ-ated within Beaver County, South half of the South half of the Southwest quarter of Section 34, Township 28 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Meridian. Containing Contain-ing 40 acres. SECTION 2. That the Zon- Qg Map of Beaver County, tan is hereby amended to A -5 Agricultural the following follow-ing described land situated within Beaver County, State of Utah, to wit; SECTION 2. Thatthe Zoning Map of Beaver County, Utah is hereby amended to rezone from 1-1 Industrial to A -5 Agricultural the following described land situated within with-in Beaver County, State of Utah, to -wit; Beginning at a point 80 rods south and 508.1 feet East of the Northwest corner cor-ner oi Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 7 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence' ' East 646.9 feet; thence South 40 rods; thence West 40 rods; thence North 2.66 rods; thence West 30 rods to the Southwest corner of the tract; thence North 270.0 feet, thence East 508.1 feet; thence North approximately ap-proximately 346.11 feet to the place of beginning, containing approximately 12 acres. SECTION- 3. That the following fol-lowing conditional use, to-wit; to-wit; Other uses similar to the above and judged by the planning commission to be in harmony with the character char-acter and intent of this zone. is hereby added to the list of conditional uses permitted permit-ted in all districts provided for by the Zoning Ordinance of Beaver County, Utah, except ex-cept such districts which already al-ready provide for such a conditional con-ditional use.
