Newman Robert Milnes Boulter, 85, of Pleasant Grove passed away April 21, 1997 at UVRMC following a short illness. was He born May 9, f in 1911 Pi n e d a 1 e , to Wyoming Joseph and Rueben Bertha Greenough Boulter. He graduated school from high s- I A- - ' - I'vff' - ' if in Pasadena, California in 1929. He married Ethel Lucinda Allen, November 8, 1937 in Green River, Wyoming. To this union five sons were born. All were sealed as a family unit in the Salt Lake Temple November 27, 1963. He enjoyed working for the Department of Agriculture and Soil Conservation. He spent 24 years in the Pinedale Office. While in Pinedale, he served as a volunteer fireman, ambulance driver and later served as the fire chief assisting those in need. In 1960, Bob moved his family to Laramie, Wyoming. He served there as manager of the Albany County Department of Agriculture and Soil Conservation for 12 years. He retired in 1972. was baptized a member of the LDS Church on December 24, 1959 and was a devoted member. He served faithfully with many Bishoprics as an Executive Secretary and as Ward Clerk. He is survived by his loving wife Ethel of Pleasant Grove; five sons; Bob Jr. (Ida) Boulter, Oxnard, California; Ken (EaVette) Boulter, Casper, Wyoming; Larry (Rena) Boulter, Springville, Utah; Bill Bob (Mary) Boulter, Provo, Utah; John (Donita) Boulter, Salem, Utah; 19 grandchildren and 4 great grand- children. Additional survivors include a sister Odette (Dereld) Allen, Provo, Utah. He was preceded in death by his sister Jane Murchie. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove Grovecreek Fourth Ward Chapel, 475 North 700 East, Pleasant Grove. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6- - 8 p.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 500 South 300 East Pleasant Grove and at the church on Thursday one hour prior to services. Graveside services will be held in the Pinedale, Wyo. She grew up in X Pleasant Grove and attended schools there. She was a member of the LDS church residing in the Pleasant Grove Timpanogos First Ward. She loved to crochet and cherished the many hours she spent working in her flower garden. She spent many hours with small children and loved her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She is survived by her brother Reed Newman of Pleasant Grove; and many nieces and nephews and and their families. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. in the Pleasant Grove Timpanogos First Ward Chapel, 193 North 400 East, Pleasant Grove. Friends may call at Olpin Family Mortuary, 500 South 300 East, on Thursday from p.m. and at the church on Friday one hour prior to services.
