Show o Medical Auxiliary Names Officers Dr. D. C. Budge of Logan and Dr. George N. Curtis of Salt Lake City, president and secretary, respectively, re-spectively, of the Utah State Medical Medi-cal association, were among those from upstate in attendance at the regular meeting of the Southern Utah Medical association, held in Cedar City at hotel El Escalante, Sunday, June 16. Mrs. Frank Mc-Hugh, Mc-Hugh, president of the Auxiliary of the state association also was present and assisted with the organization or-ganization of a district auxiliary following the dinner. Officers of the district auxiliary, auxil-iary, duly elected and installed at the meeting of the ladies, are as follows: Mrs. George Clark of St. George, chairman; Mrs. R. R. Shannon, Milford, vice-chairman; Mrs. J. L- Reichman, St. George, .' secretary-treasurer. A scientific paper by Dr. M. J. MacFarlane of Cedar City and an ar'.dress by President Budge of the state association were outstanding features of the regular meeting, which also went on record in favor of a revision of fee schedules and against any trend toward socialization sociali-zation of the practice of medicine. |
