Show SOUTHMILFORD The annual picnic of the South Milford Community club will be held in Beaver canyon Sunday, July 14, and everybody is urged to make plans that will permit their attendance and the renewal of the community spirit. The first cutting of alfalfa is well underway and looking very good, with only a small amount of blight apparent. Walter W. Cook, one of the respected re-spected citizens of the flat, passed away at his home in South Milford Saturday afternoon, June 16. The community extends to the family their deep sympathy for the bereaved be-reaved family in the loss of companion com-panion and father. Mr. and Mrs. C. G. Haskell had as their house guest Mr-, and Mrs. Willis Firkins, Walter Firkins, Mrs. G. W. Heiner and son Kenneth, Ken-neth, and Miss Hazel Denis, all of Colorado. They are cousins of Mr. Haskell and Willis Firkins remained re-mained here for an indefinite stay. |
