Show ARMY CRITIC LOSES DISCHARGE APPEAL BOSTON. Nov. 17. Major BdalOOlm Wheuler-Nlcholson. critic of the regular reg-ular army, has lost lily appeal rroi the classification whictt makes him subject to discharge, and has sent -petition to President Harding, asking for reversal of the ar llon. The officer a year ago declared in a letter to the president that the army had been "Prussianized" and published a pamphlet entitled, "The Regular Army Reform It r Abollsn it." In June he was tried by a courlmar-tlal courlmar-tlal at Camp Dlx, N. J , for violation of the 6lxty-nlnth article of war, wao found guilty and reduced 50 files.
