Show SCULLING CHAMPION WILL FACE CHARGES DULUTH, Minn, Nov 17. Extradition Extra-dition on a charge of fourth degree, manslaughter was waived by Walter M. Hoover, world's amateur sculling champion, w ho announced he will go 'to Madison, Wis., and faco the charge. The announcement was made through his attorney, 11 B Fryber-I Fryber-I ger- Hoover is charged with the death of Herbert Seely, 55, of Madison, w ho died in an automobile collision Oct. 27. Hoover at the time was passing pass-ing through Madison with his family on his way to Duluth from the An.- i an I OgiOB convention at New Or-I leans.
