Cheese and Pepper Salad BY BERTHA E SHAP LEIGH Cooking Authority for NEA Service and Columbia University. 1 cream cheese or 1 cup eottago cheese, 2 green peppers, 1-2 teaspoon finely cut onion. 1-2 teaspoon paprika, 1-2 teaspoon salt, 1 red pepper (canned) rubbed through a sieve, 1 head lettuce, French dressing. Mash cheese and if dry moisten with cream or French dressing. Add seasoning and red pepper. Wash, cut a slice from the top, and remove seeds from the green peppers. Fill solidly with the cheese mixture, and chill. Cut in slices, and serve on lettuce with French dressing. Cream "Cheese Dressing 1 cream cheese, 12 teaspoon onion. 1-2 teaspoon paprika, 12 teaspoon salt, 1-8 teaspoon, pepper. 4 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar.
