Modern Mothers Give Party for Families Modern Mothers club members entertained their children and husbands hus-bands at a special party on Wednesday Wed-nesday evening of last week at the City park. The mothers and children assembled assem-bled at 5 p.m. and enjoyed games and sports and at 6:30 p.m. were joined by the dads for a picnic supper, prepared by a committee comprising Mrs. Glen Pyper, Mrs. Clarence Schreiver, and Mrs. Albert Al-bert Payne. Attending the party with their families were: Mrs. Jimmy Lawrence, Law-rence, Mrs. Jim Livsey, Mrs. Paul Lloyd, Mrs. Erwin Sheffield, Mrs. Reed Holdaway, Mrs. Bob Winston, Win-ston, Mrs. Lynn Huff, Mrs. Perry Goodliffe, Mrs. Frank Patten, Mrs. Bert Strong, Mrs. Ernest Boyer, Mrs. Vernor Dunn, Mrs. Ed For-shee, For-shee, Mrs. Jay Bingham, Mrs. Chester Wright and the hostesses.
