' 1 lsp. salt V lsp. pepper 2 cloves garlic Vi cup lemon juicft Cut duckling into quarters, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place skin side up on rack in baking pan. Bake 1 hour in 325 oven. Arrange duckling drained of fat in shallow casserole. : Mash garlic and add lo orange seg-! seg-! menls and Juices.
