Advocates of anti-trust reforms in both houses expect to concentrate upon up-on a few trust bills early in the new year. It is 'believed that theso bills will cover only part of tho field of trust regulation. Early Trust Bills. The early trust bills probably will bo aimed at the abolishment of interlocking interlock-ing directorates and holding companies, and possibly of voting trusts aud "fiscal agencies." These bills do not reach the reforms desired by tho majority of those in tho sonato who have been most active in tho' study of tho trust question.
