Show ( C's to improve icnic area t Kelly's Grove Tie Springville Jaycees Club accepted sponsorship of "y hill top picnic area in Kel-'s Kel-'s Grove. They plan to devel-V devel-V the area into a combina- 3 children's playground and -nic area. Sandpiles, physical relopment area, fire pits, im-,ved im-,ved lighting and access lkways will be included. The club has ambitious plans the project will be started inediately.
