Revere Robinson Ro-binson traveled to Provo last week, for Revere to have surgery. sur-gery. He was able to return homo Saturday. Members of his family gathered here Sunday Sun-day for his. birthday. Here for the occasion were Mr. and Mrs. Leigh Wado and the fluff Jol-ley Jol-ley family of Cedar City, the De0 White family of Summit, Mrs. Eicon Robinson and fam. ily of Parowan, and Gordon Manzlone and children of Tooele. Mrs. Sue Edwards and son of Salt Lake were here for the week end to visit with Mrs. Mclva Barton. Other visitors at the Barton home during the weekend were Mrs. Lowell Edwards, Ed-wards, son Wayne and his wife and daughter of Delta; Mrs. Vivian Edwards of Salt Lake City, Mr- and Mrs, Reed Edwards of Beaver and Mr. and Mrs. Penn Barton of Cedar Ce-dar City. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Hem-street Hem-street and Mrs. Ella Edwards were here from Salt Lake City Ci-ty and Mrs. Ann Edwafds from Cedar City. Mrs. Mary Robinson had her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. an(j Mrs. Keith Peek of Salt Lake City with her for the weekend. Mrs. Nona Harris of Salt Squires of Salt Lake City, wore here Tuesday; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Berrie and family of Kearns were here for the week and and Mr. and Mrs, Tracy Blood of Cedar City and Mr. and Mrs. Milton Clark and children of Las Vegas here Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Justin Fairbanks Fair-banks and children of Thatcher, Thatch-er, Ariz- arrived here Monday for a visit with the Orson Talbot Tal-bot family. The children remained re-mained in Paragonah and the parents went on to Salt Lake City. Brent Talbot and three older daughters of St. George visited, at the Orson Talbot home Saturday. Walter Talibot traveled to American Fork Friday to meet his son Roy of Kaysville. Miss Alice Talbot joined them for a weekend visit here. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Morten -sen and two children of Granger' Gran-ger' were here to spend the weekend with the Clark Lamoreaux family. Mr. and Mrs. Kay Robinson and- family of Salt Lake City were here for the weekend with Mrs. K. Doyle Robinson. Mrs,, Ivy Skougaard and children, child-ren, of Cedar City joined them for -. Saturday. Mrs. Myrle Walker and daughter of Cedar City spent a few days here with her parents. par-ents. Mrs. Bertha S. Topham was in St- George Thursday with her son Ivan and family. Elmo Robinson and members mem-bers of his family visited here With the Chester Robinsons for several day last week. Mrs. Irene Robinson left for Orem Sunday with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Robb of Salt Lake City, to visit their mother, Mrs. Noraa Lamoreaux, who LaKe City was here for a few days with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Robinson. Mr. and Mrs. Legrande Leigh of Plain City arrived here Tuesday to visit with the Blaine Jones family. Rodney Jones and family were here from Fredonia and left a son here for a week with his grandparents, Sam Natomabah, who has spent the winter with the Kenneth G. Topham family, left for home Friday-' Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth G. Topham were to Panguitch Sunday to see Pauline's father Mr. Joseph Miller, who is seriously ser-iously ill. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Lund of Salt Lake City were week end visitors to this area. Miss Connie Dunton was here from Logan to spend' the week end with her folks, the Frank Dunton family. ' ; Mr. and Mrs. Milton Pdulr son traveled to Duchesne on business recently 'and Saturday Satur-day took their children and Mr. and Mrs. Monte Poulson to Holden for the day. Mrs. Lasca Hunt had -- a number of her family here with her last week, Bernell and son from Tooele, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Workman and child-ren child-ren from Salt Lake City and Mrs. Janet Adams from Roy. Mr. and Mrs- Angus Topham of Salt Lake City were in town several days last "week. Visiting with Mr. arid Mrs. Jess Lister during the past week were their son Larry Lee and family and their daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Sarah Valdez and children, Las Vegas; Horace Rappleye and family of Salt Lake City, and Mr. and Mrs. Clint Davis, China Lake, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Goodwin and family, Mrs. Etta Goodwin, Good-win, Las Vegas and Edgar When a Southern girl calls a man "Honey" it means either eit-her that she likes him or that she hasn't bothered trying try-ing to remember his name. Lister, Hawthorne, Calif., were here with their Lister relatives relat-ives for the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. James H. Anderson An-derson enjoyed a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Albert Denny of Layton, and Denney's sister of Mapleton Saturday. Mrs. Marsha Robinscn traveled trav-eled to Salt Lake City Tuesday Tues-day of last week to take her mother, Mrs- Florence Miller to see Bob who is hospitalized. Arch Fotheringham of Salt Lake City was here for a week, visiting with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. LeGrand Robb. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Lund had visitors during the weekend, week-end, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Arm-brust Arm-brust of Boulder City, Nev.; Mr. and Mrs. Derk Everton and children of Vernal and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Christensen of Salt Lake City. Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Wil-son Lund traveled to Meadow for the Golden Wedding celebration cele-bration of Wilson's sister Rhetta and her husband, Clem Duncan. Monday Mrs. Roene Lund received re-ceived word of the Vietnam death of her nephew, Ken Maxwell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Horace Maxwell of Glendale-She Glendale-She left immediately for Glan-dale Glan-dale with her son Heher and a sister, Mrs. Vera Gibson of Cedar City. Miss Ginger Robb has passed her State Board examination ex-amination to become a licensed li-censed Cosmetologist and is home with her parents, and will work in Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Robb of Cedar City were here Saturday to spend the day with Harold's mother, Mrs. Clara Robb. Mr. ,and Mrs. Charles Murie and Muries brother Brad Bouch and Mrs. Ella Robb of Salt Lake City visited at the Ivan Robb home last week. Lucile Yazzies family came to take her home after her winter here with the Ivan Robb family. Mrs. Earlene Henderson and children of Las Vegas visited here several days with the Sam Cutler family. Dr. and Mrs. Barry Topham and children of Los Angeles visited here Sunday with grandmother, Mrs. Emma Topham, and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Murie, Mr- and Mrs. Clark Showalter and the El Roy Mason family, Cedar City, were Saturday visitors vis-itors at the.. Ivan Robb home. |
