Top-ham, Top-ham, is one of more than 600 students who are candidates for advanced degrees at that school's 101st annual commencement com-mencement on Friday, June 5. The 1970 graduating class has 2600 membes and will receive their degrees following the address of Earl Warren, former for-mer justice of the U. S. Supreme Su-preme Court. Mr. Topham has resided in Bountiful while working on his doctorate at the U.. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Mario Toyham of this city. He will receive his doctor's degree in the field of educational administration. ad-ministration. His thesis is on the Attitudes of Utah School Board Members toward selected select-ed Educational Problems. Kenneth is married to the former Opal Bauer of Cedar City. He received his BS degree de-gree at Utah State University in 1960, and then his MS degree de-gree from that school in 1964. He was a member of the Parowan Par-owan High School graduating class in 1952. He served as principal of the Monticello High School from 1964 to 1968. He attended the U of U during the past two years on a Research Re-search followship. During the past two years he was selected select-ed for Phi Kappa Phi, honor fraternity. |
