Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION TO ALL QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF SUMMIT COUNTY, UTAH TAKE NOTICE that on the 13th day of December, 1977, at the places set out below the following proposition will be submitted to the qualified electors of Summit County: PROPOSITION Shall negotiable coupon general obligation bonds of Summit County, Utah, in the sum of $850,000 and due and payable in not to exceed fifteen (15) years from the date or dates of said bonds, be issued and sold for the purpose of paying the cost of acquiring, improving and extending public buildings of the county, including office, jail and courthouse facilities, including all improvements, facilities or property related thereto and including all engineering, feasibility, legal and fiscal advisors' fees and costs incident to the authorization and issuance of such bonds, in and for said county? Said election will be held in the following Consolidated Election Districts at the following polling places established within the boundaries of said county by the Board of County Commissioners. Electors are advised to vote at the polling place for the Consolidated Election District in which they reside. PUBLIC NOTICE is further given that on December 20, 1977, that being a day not later than ten days after said election, the Board of County Commissioners will meet in regular public session at its regular meeting place in the County Courthouse in Coalville, Utah, at 12:00 o'clock Noon, and canvass the returns and declare the results of said election.
