Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 14th day of February, 1990 at 10:00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by John M. Cross, a single man, as Trustors, and recorded September 30, 1976, as Entry En-try No. 443993 in Book 618 at pages 855 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of COMMUNITY COMMUNI-TY FIRST BANK (now owned and held by COMMUNITY FIRST BANK) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded October Oc-tober 5, 1989 as Entry No. 871377 in Book 1316 at page 922 of said Official Offi-cial Records. Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, the following described property at 1088 North 1250 East, Unit 8, in the City of Layton, County of Davis, State of Utah: All of Unit 8, Building "B", including the appurtenant car port and patio, AMENDED PLAT OF NAYON HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUM, in the City of Layton, as the same is defined and established and identified on the "Record of Survey Map of AMENDED PLAT OF NAYON HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUM", duly recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder, on December 31, 1975, as Entry No. 425565, in Book 587, Page 965, of Official Records, and in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of NAYON HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUM, CON-DOMINIUM, dated June 6, 1973 and recorded June 15, 1973, as Entry No.381846, in Book 518, Pages 456 to 474, I inclusive, as amended by Amended Declaration recorded December 31, 1975, as Entry No. 425566, in Book 587, Page 966 of Official Records, as amended by Amended Declaration, Declara-tion, recorded January 23 , 1976, as Entry No. 426833, in Book 590, Page 97 of Official Records, of Davis County, Utah, and as amended by Amended Declaration, recorded record-ed November 25, 1980, as Entry En-try No. 580383, in Book 848, Page 1055 of Official Records.; TOGETHER WITH an undivided un-divided interest in and to the Common Area as the same is established and identified in the Map and Declaration referred to hereinabove; TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO Easements through said Unit, Appurtenant to the Common Area, and all other Units, for the support and repair of said Unit, of the Common Area, and all other units, and as of record; SUBJECT TO the provisions of the Utah Condominium Ownership Act, the aforesaid "Declaration", the aforesaid "Survey Map", and all rules, regulations and agreements lawfully made andor entered into pursuant to the provisions of the aforesaid Act and Declaration, and all easements, conditions and restrictions of record. for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
