Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property prop-erty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 7th day of February, 1990, at 9:00 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Fleet Mortgage Corporation, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by PAUL A. DAWSON and SUSAN T. DAWSON, a married couple, as Trustor, recorded April 29, 1987 as Entry No. 0783735, in Book 1163, at Page 24, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Eagle National Mortgage Association, Inc., by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded September 29, 1989, as Entry No. 870732, in Book 1315, at Page 484, of said official records, v Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to tide, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: Lot 4, COUNTRY VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, NO. 1, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of-fice of the County Recorder of Davis County.
