Show BROTHER AND SISTER DIE THE SAME DAY HERE Double funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p. m. in the Fouth ward chapel for Mrs. Mary Louise Inshaw Holley Wheeler 82, and her brother. George Inshaw. In-shaw. 77. both of this city, who deid Tuesday abo'lt four hours apart. Mrs. Wheeler died at 12:15 p.m., at the home of a nephew, A. Y. Wheeler, following several weeks' illness, and her brother died at 8:15 a. m., at a Provo hospital, both of ailments incident to age. Mr. Inshaw had been living at the home of his sister several years, prior to her recent illness. Friends may call at the A. Y. Wheeler residence before trie services. Burial will be in the City cemetery, under direction of A. Y. Wheeler mortuary. Mrs. Wheeler, affectionately known in the community as "Aunt Mary," was born in Birmingham, Ashton, Warwickshire, England, February 28, 1856. She joined the church in her native land in September, Sep-tember, 1893, and in 1896 came to Utah. The following year she was married to James Holley, whom she had known as a missionary mis-sionary in England. Mr. Holley died in 1902, and she was married to David Wheeler, October 11, 1905. Mr. Wheeler died several years ago. Mrs. Wheeler was a talented musician and has served as organist organ-ist in numerous civic and church organizations. She was an associate associ-ate member of the D. IT. P., Camp Springville, in which she took an active part. She served as Relief Society secretary in the Fourth ward from 1906 to 1915, and has held many other responsible positions in church auxiliary organizations ,-sirme-coming. to this country. Her nearest survivors include a numDer of nieces and nephews. Mr. Inshaw was also born in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England, Eng-land, on November 25, 1861. He came to Utah in June, 1903, and has resided in Springville since. He had done considerable painting paint-ing in England and continued with this hobby here. His wife, Edith Rowena Harries, died in England in 1892. Surviving Mr. Inshaw is one son, Bert Inshaw, Springville. |
