Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Karl Kirkbrido, Mr. and Mrs. I.altue liultars, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Phillips, and Mr. and Mrs. I'oddington. Mr. and Mrs. Lavero Balls motored mo-tored to Hyde Park on Tuesday lo lake UIh sister Mrs. Florence Harris, Har-ris, who had spent a few days visiting vis-iting in Dayion. Mrs. V. D. Smart had aa her guests on Wednesday, Mrs. Vernon Thompson, Mrs. Merle Bodily, Mrs. Irvin Larson, Mrs. Herbert Bodily, Mrs. Merle Rawlings, and Mrs. Henry Drniy all of Fail-view. The afternoon was spent quilting alter which dinner was served. The occasion was in the, nature of a reunion, as all of. these ladies were girl friends before they were married and this was the first time in years they had met as a group. Wednesday evening the following group, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Hanson, Mr. and Mrs. E. O. Ber-geson, Ber-geson, Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Archibald, Archi-bald, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Waddoups, Mrs. Alma Bowden and Mr. and Mrs. Willis Palmer of Preston met at Hie home of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Le-roy McBridc in a social evening. Mr. and Mrs. McBride are planning plan-ning to leave Dayton in the near future to make their home in Logan, Lo-gan, Utah. Mrs. Owen Balls and her infant sou have returned home from the Treston hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Mark Archibald returned re-turned home from Salt City on Friday where they had taken their son Ronald for treatment. Ronald had the misfortune of having his eye injured. Mrs. Archibald's parents par-ents Mr. and Mrs. Leroy McBride accompanied them to Salt Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Smith of Logan Lo-gan spent Sunday in Dayton visiting visit-ing with their daughter and son-in-law Mr. and Mrs. E. O. Berge-son. Berge-son. Walgren of Glencoe is spending some time at the home of her daughter Mrs. Albert E. Walker. Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Wickham and daughter, Arlhella, Mr. and Mrs. Elden Manning and their family, visited with relatives in Logan on Saturday. Mrs. Rose Seliank has returned to her home at Providence, Utan, after a visit at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lyman Balls. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lall Jaun announce an-nounce the arrival of a baby boy horn March 1C. Mrs. Lau Jaun is at Hie Preston hospital. Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy Lindsey of Preston spent Wednesday evening visiting at tlie home of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Nelson. Miss Opal Checketts who is attending at-tending school at Franklin, spent the week-end at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Checketts. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Jones of Idaho Falls, Mrs. Robert Wright and her family of Franklin were dinner guests and spent Sunday visiting with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jones. Mr. and Mrs. George A. Griffeth, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Seamons, Mr. and and Mrs. Douglas Phillips, Mr. and Mrs. Vaughn Griffeth and their families were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Griffeth Grif-feth at Clifton on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Jones visited with Mrs. Jones' mother at Salt Lake Cily, during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Morris Godfrey Mrs. John Buttars, Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Godfrey and their family of Clarkston visited with Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Buttars on Wednesday. Mr. andl Mrs. Thurman Griffeth, Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Griffeth, Mr and Mrs. Vaughn Griffeth motored to Logan on business on Thursday. William Kresie, Mr. and Mrs. George Jackson and daughters, Lois and Ila Jean of Providence, Utah, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Lavere Balls. The Misses.
