Show Boy Scout "Pow Wow'' At Logan Campus March 31, April 1-2 LOGAN Twenty -five merit badge fields will be induced In the course of instruction for Scours attending at-tending the 3rd annual Utah State Agricultural college Boy Scout pow Wow, scheduled on the campus for March 31, April 1 and 2. Professor II. B. Hunsaker. general director for the meet announced Fiiday. Professor A. J. Morris, general course director for the annual Pow-Wow Pow-Wow which serves the Cache district dis-trict in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming regions, stated that special emphasis empha-sis will.be placed on merit badges and qualification tests for Emergency Emer-gency Service corp training. Meril badges in this division include: first aid, firemanship, safety, pioneering, pio-neering, personal health, public health, and life-saving. Qualification Qualifica-tion tests include tests in various knots, and other physical contests. Scouts will be able to complete training for three merit badges during the courses of the l'ow-Wow, l'ow-Wow, Professor Hunsaker stated, with swimming courses scheduled to open activities every day at noon, followed by regular course at 2 p. m. Swimming instructors will be Sid Gloeckner of Pasadena, California, Marvin Bell of Lava Hot Springs, Idaho, and Byrne Fer-nelius Fer-nelius of Ogden. Other daily; courses and their instructors in-structors are: athletics, David Clark of Oakley, Idaho, astronomy, Ralph Calvert; safety, Professor H. S. Carter; civics, Dr. G.1 Homer Durham; first aid, Dr. W. B. Preston; Pres-ton; bird study, Professor S. J. Sanford; public health, Dr. C. L. Anderson; personal health, Dr. E. C. Carter; dog car and first aid to animals, Professor D. E. Madseu; wood turning, Professor D. A. Swenson; life-saving, Coach Kenneth Ken-neth Vanderhoff; electricity, Professor Profes-sor Lee Linford; forestry, J. Whitney Whit-ney Floyd-; automobiling, Proies sor E. C.
