Woods, charged with violating the Slnlo game laws. The defendants wore found guilty before the Justice of the pence at ITuntsvllIc some time ago and the case is now bolng heard on appeal. The attorney for the defendants Interposed Inter-posed a question as to the Jurisdiction of Judge Howell before the taking of testimony testi-mony wan begun, and most of the session Wednesday was taken up by arguments pro and con on this question.
