Show i t Henry M. Bohne, age 7 4 years, died last Friday, May 14th. at a hospital in Aetna, Canada. ' Mr. Bohne was a former resfderit of this city. He was born in Ran-ders, Ran-ders, Denmark and come to America with some of the early pioneers, crossing the plains with a handcart cdmpany with his widowed mother, who pulled a handcart and took care of seven children. They first located at Lehi and later at Spanish Fork where Mr. Bohne was baptized into the church on August 8, 1857, and then moved to Mount Pleasaivt where Mr. Bohne met and married Miss Juliett Day in the year 18 66. They had seventeen seven-teen children born unto them, six of whom were burried here and one in Canada. They moved to Aetna, Canada about 18 96 where they have spent, their remaining years. While in Canada Mr. Bohne filled a mission to . his native country. They celebrated their 50th. we'dd-ing we'dd-ing anniversary on March 25th, 1916. Juliett, his wife died at Aetna, Canada on January 28, 1916 at the age of 68 years. Mr. Bohne has many friends in Mount Pleasant and Fairview. He has one son, G. F1. Bonne who lives here at the present time. |
