Show NOTICE. PUBLIC SALE OF REAL ESTATE BY SANPETE COUNTY. Whereas, Sanpete County has received re-ceived Auditor's Tax Deeds for the following described real estate which has been sold for delinquent taxes, the first described parcel was sol-d for delinquent taxes on sheep, assessed assess-ed for back taxes for the year 1914, and the remaining described parcels were sold for delinquent taxes for the year 1915, and the time for redeeming re-deeming said real estate as provided by law having expired. Now therefore, notice is hereby given that in pursuance of Sec. 6056 Compiled Laws of Utah 1917, the undersigned the County Commissioners Commission-ers of Sanpete County, Utah, will offer of-fer for sale at public auction to the h:jhest bidder for cash, at the front door of the county court house, in Manti City, Utah, all the right, title, interest and estate of the state of Utah, county of Sanpete, and of each city school district, town or other taxing district, interested herein, in and to the real estate mentioned below. Said sale will commence at 2 o'clock P. M., on the 29th. day of May 1920, and will continue at the aforesaid time and place until the whole of the following described real estate has been offered for sale. IN NO CASE.
