Show 'Satchmo' at Cedar Tonight The University of Utah can have their Arlene Francis . . . the students at the College of Southern Utah also have a "name" on their entertainment program: pro-gram: Louis Armstrong. Satchmo, "good will ambassador to the world," will bring his All-Stars to the CSU Auditorium for a two-hour jazz concert on Wednesday, March 22, direct di-rect from Las Vegas, where he is currently packing the house each night at one of the top Strip hotels. Featured will be a female vocalist, singing popular pop-ular old and new jazz numbers. Satchmo of the gravel voice is recognized as the modern counterpart of Paul Whiteman, "King of Jazz" for more than two decades. He has traveled tre world over, winning friends for America and popularizing American music in the capitals of scores qf nations. He has appeared before kings and queens, commoners, and made a successful tour behind be-hind the Iron Curtain entertaining the communists, Louis has also consented to give autographs, following fol-lowing his CSU performance, to interested persons.
