A few minutes Inter Dr. Anna Howard Shaw, honorary president presi-dent of tho association, with Mr. Wilson Wil-son still present, declared: "Wo havo wnlted long enough to got the voto. Wo want It now. I want It to como during your administration." Again tho great audlcnco of women stood nnd cheered, waving handkerchiefs. handker-chiefs. Tho president did not speak on the method by which ho would bring about woman suffrago, but said "wo shnll not quarrel In tho long run as to the method of It."
