The County has made a great effort ef-fort for a long time past to assist tho bee-keepers of the county in eradicating eradicat-ing disease, and a lot of money has been spent, yet there is a lot of complaint com-plaint from thoso who have bees. As a result of those complaints the County Coun-ty Bee Inspector, Wm. II. Grimshaw, wns requested to meet with the Board of County Commissioners at their September Sep-tember meeting, nnd after discussing tho situation carefully, ho was instructed in-structed to inspect the bees of the County as soon as possible and to notify those owners where disease is found to thoroughly clean up within a very limited time, and, to advise them juBt how to proceed. If any of those having diseased bees fail to comply with his instructions within tho time allowed by him, then he is nuthorized and ordered by the Board to completely destroy nnd burn all jn-fected jn-fected stands, or if the owners of such bees wish tho inspector to do the work ofcleaning up for thorn, then he will do it at their expense and not ot the expense of the County. There are a lot of people in tho County who aro making nn effort to keep their beos free from any disease and who are depending for at least partial support on the bees, so it is a gross Injustice to such people for others who are in-different in-different about it to be permitted to keep a lot of diseased bees to infect the others of the community, and un-loss un-loss nil bees are completely cleaned up as instructed by tho inspector, within tho tlmo allowed by hlni, own-1 ers of diseased bees musp not blame tho inspector for destroying them be-acu8e be-acu8e those are hia orders from the Board, and this warning is published for the bonoflt of those concerned.
