Show 1 : MOST PRECIOUS RABBITS CAUSE UNGREATFUL ACT Smallest Man In Sanpete County Wants His Rabbits During the recent rabbit hunt a-.d drive held on the 9th in which the Salt Lake and Utah County hunters took part wi:h citizens of Sanpete the general reception committee oid everything possible to make, tne affair one of pleasure and enjoy m " nt for the visiting guests. Ic was agreed tat all rabbits killed kill-ed were to be given to the visitors, and nearly evervone showed respect lolhe wish ol the general committee. There is, however, one thing which ought to be brought to light, and that is the act of one certain individual individ-ual which we consider the smallest act ever seen of the kind in a hunt. Hyrum Meyrick was so covetous and greedy that he' couldn't give up the rabbit which he had, even though members of the committee tried to get him to give them to the guests from Salt Lake. We are thankful we haven't many of this class to contend con-tend with. ' Signed: John H. S;ely, Capt. Braby, J. E. Gunderson, and members of the committee. |
