OCR Text	Show Trickle becomes a drop KANAB The City Council has decided to scale back a project to improve its water system from the planned $350,000 to a smaller project involving only development of a new well, costing about $100,000. The action came in response to a notice from the State Division of Water Resources that letters from Kanab residents did not show strong enough support for the project to allow the city to undertake revenue bonding.
