Show Dorothy Olsen Servoss Dorothy Olsen Servoss, 75, passed away at her home Sunday, Feb. 3, 1991 of complications incident to cancer. She was born May 30, 1915 in Monroe, the? daughter of Joseph William and Ruby Annetta Millerl Olsen. Married Darrell Roy Ser-: voss June 15, 1936 j in the Salt Lake j LDS Temple. They were married for 33 years at his 1 death in 1969. I i V ' V - -j I - the farm in West Bountiful in the early ear-ly 1 930s, and Davis County had been her home for most of the ensuing years. Survivors include her son, Kent Dee Servoss, Centerville; her daughters Sandra S. Berger, Mission Viejo, Calif.; Darelyn S. Peterson, Alexandria, Va.; Shaunali S. Vander Zanden, Las Vegas, Nev.; 26 grandchildren; grand-children; two brothers, NJC. Olsen, Salt Lake City; Halvor M. Olsen, West Bountiful; five sisters, Lucille Servoss, Bountiful; Mrs. Evelyn Green, serving an LDS mission in Nauvoo, 111.; Virginia O. Richards, Sun City, Calif.; Marjorie Moody, West Bountiful; and Karen Hatch, Bellevue, Wash. Viewing will be at Russon Brothers Mortuary, 295 N. Main, Bountiful, Thursday, Feb. 7, 7-9 p.m. and Friday 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Funeral Fu-neral services will be held Feb. 8, at 11 ajn. at the West Bountiful Sixth Ward, 1750 N. 900 W., the church built on land donated by her parents. Interment will be at Bountiful City Cemetery. In addition to homemaking duties, she worked 27 years at Hill Air Force Base as logistics manager. Dorothy was active in Bountiful community events, served as den mother, and in her later years was active at the Senior Citizens Center and the Republican Committee. She also served as a LDS temple worker. She was an active participant in the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and Sons of Norway auxiliary. Dorothy and her parents moved to |
