Show i Frances J.Welsh BOUNTIFUL Frances J. Welsh, 60, passed away Feb. 3, 1991 at home. She was bom June 25, 1930 in Kansas Citv. Mo. to Herman B. and Josephine P. McDonnell Meiners. She married mar-ried Frank W. Welsh July 4, j 1951 in Kansas City, Mo. 1 She moved to Bountiful May 20, 1963. She was ac- j tive at St. Olafsl Church, where she I y. - . 5 ' I 'r 4 I 1 ed her husband in the Frank W. Welsh and Associates Manufacturers Representatives business for 27 years. She is survived by her husband; seven sons, Frank, Jr., Tim, Jim, Joe, Richard, Robert and Daniel; six daughters : Celeste Holtshouser, Kathleen Roy, Pat Steiner, Sue Conway, Con-way, Rosemary Chapman and Mary Young; 23 grandchildren; two brothers, Herman M. Meiners, Janeau, Alaska; and John P. Meiners, Kansas City, Mo.; one sister. Sue Standiford, Madison, Wis. Preceded in death by a son, John. Friends may call on the family at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, at St. Olaf s Catholic Church, 1793 S. Orchard Drive. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Memorial mass will take place at 8 p.m. A reception will follow at the McNamara Center. taught CCD classes. She worked on the school lunch program. Member of the Altar Society. She raised 14 children, all of whom graduated from St Olaf s Catholic School, 11 from Judge Memorial, and three from Bountiful High. She help- |
